OPENING DAY CELEBRATION
Weather has finally warmed up and the the season is well underway!
We are excited to announce details for UTC's 2025 Opening Day on:
Saturday May 31st (rain date June 1st) from 11:00am to 3pm!
New members, returning members and their families are all invited to UTC for a day of fun, food and tennis! You will be able to enjoy a variety of food, attend a clinic, play in a Round-Robin and mingle with new and old tennis friends.
Sponsors will also be on site with free services and we have lots of great prizes, so don't miss out!
Be sure to pick-up your door prize ticket when you arrive at the registration desk and signup for the Round Robin at the whiteboard.
The detailed schedule for the day is as follow:
10:30am: Registration Desk Opens
11:30am -1:30pm: Food is served
11:00am-12pm: Whiteboard booking
12-1pm: clinics on courts 1-4 with coaching staff
1pm-1:30pm: speeches and prizes
1:30-3pm: organized Round Robin
To help us plan and organize effectively we are charging a nominal fee of $5 per adult participant. No charge for juniors.
For Adults Members, please register event in Court Reserve(Events - Active Event For Registration) and complete the payments.
For Non-Members Adults or Juniors ,Please click here to register! Payment for Non-Member Adults will be collected in person.
New Booking Feature coming soon!
Last year we introduced Court Reserve (CR) for online court booking and this year we have also used CR for all membership and program registration. Kudos to our volunteers, monitors and members for helping us get there smoothly. The scanning of members' QR codes has also gone well.
We have listened to your feedback about challenges managing all member names in advance on bookings together with the limit of 3 active bookings. Relief is in sight! We will soon be introducing a feature that allows more flexibility. Stay tuned for details in the very near future!
