Club Policy Enforcement Notices

Guest & Membership Checking

Although most members are respectful of our rules and policies, it has been reported on a few occasions that some members are bringing non-members to play at the club. As a busy club with a large membership plus a large waiting list, we feel we must take some additional steps to protect the court times for our members.

Our current policy is to not allow guests and we encourage guests be invited to play during public hours (see posting on the entrance gate for days and times).

We have been doing membership checking on a spot-checking basis but we are now going to be instituting a more robust checking on a periodic basis by monitors plus volunteers. Anyone booking a court or using a court during whiteboard court booking times with non-members will be subject to a one week revoking of court booking privileges, without warning, and progressive penalties for subsequent occurrences.

We appreciate your understanding and support for these stricter enforcement measures and please be respectful to our monitors and volunteers as they ask for membership confirmation.

Don’t Forget Your Membership Tag

We still have quite a few members who have not picked up their membership tag. If you have not picked up your membership tag yet, please ask the monitor for yours the next time you’re by the club.

Authorized Instruction Only

A reminder that only our Tennis Director, Andy Sutton, and his team are authorized to provide professional tennis instruction at our club. Violations are a serious matter and will be dealt with accordingly.
