2024 Membership and Wed RR Registration Announcement

We are happy to announce that the 2024 season membership registration will open on Friday Feb 23. There are some changes to membership registration this year, so please read this post carefully.
2024 Season Membership Cap
Based on last year’s experience, we will implement the same initial membership caps: 675 adult members & 525 junior members. These caps will be monitored and revised based on court utilization.

Membership Registration Timeline
Feb 23rd : membership registration is open to our 2023 season returning members
March 4th: those Adults in the UTC membership waitlist will be invited to join membership registration in batches. Junior Membership registration will be open for public members.

2024 Season Membership Fees
Due to significant upcoming court rebuilding/resurfacing costs, other planned capital expenditures and general inflationary cost increases, we are implementing a $10 increase to Adult memberships, a $5 increase to Junior memberships and a corresponding $25 increase in Household memberships. This is the first time in multi-decades that UTC has implemented a price increase and we still remain very competitively priced.

Payment Methods
Same as last year, the registration process can be completed using PayPal or e-transfer. E-transfer is our preferred method and we encourage our members to choose this option if possible. Please see the registration instructions for more details.

Wednesday Round Robin Registration
Also open for registration on Monday February 26th, for confirmed 2024 UTC adult members only, is our very popular Wednesday evening Mixed Round Robin. For details of the program, and the link to register, please visit UTC Adult Recreational Programs.
